I don’t know anything about these sticks, so I can only tell you what I see. The stick is used, and in normal working condition, Except, if you look at the last 3-4 inches, you can see wear and use. I can’t tell if it’s black tape that has been wrapped around the stick, or if that is how the black plastic on the stick has been worn down due to use. If it’s tape, it looks like it has melded into the black plastic of the stick. If it is only the black plastic on the stick, then you can see where it is not even.
