See the bottom of this listing about these. None of my plenums currently fit the Avenger bullpup. The trigger linkages run by the de-gas plug. I'll be taking a look at one soon and seeing what can be done about this. If I can make one to fit, then I will. Update 4-13-22 One of my buyers after porting, polishing the hammer, fitting a lighter valve spring and tuning his .25 avenger with one of my 16.5cc plenums is achieving 73.86ft/lbs. He's shooting 33.95 grain pellets at 990fps! Update 02-25-22 One of my buyers got an instant 6+ft/lbs gain just by fitting this plenum to his stock .25 avenger. No other tuning had been carried out. It went from producing 54ft/lbs to 61ft/lbs buy pushing a 34 grain pellet from 850fps to 900fps. . Update 2-19-22 I have just been taking with an acquaintance in South Africa that has fitted the 10cc plenum to his .22 avenger (Numiza Airguns - YouTube), drilled the transfer and barrel ports and added a lighter spring to the valve. His rifle is currently making 50ft/lbs. I have no idea how hard he’s pushing the hammer spring but that’s very promising. This plenum is measured to be 16.5cc in size at it's current length and extends about 2-3/4" inches from the base of the action (approx. 2-1/2" showing when in the stock) and is 1" (25.5mm) in diameter. This will increase the plenum size from the factory 12cc to 27.75cc Many of my customers were happy with their tune but wanted more shots per fill. Plenums are great for that too with reported regulator pressures of 300 psi less and still achieving the same 'pre plemum' power / fps figures. With enlarged transfer and barrel ports and a softer valve spring, I'm confident that an avenger can make upto 60ft/lbs in .22cal. I will post results from my own testing when I get the chance to test. I'll update with other people's results as they pass it on to me. This plenum is made from USA made 7075 T651 grade aluminium bar, by a (now) American, in rural Pittsburgh PA. I'm not a big business, just one guy trying to grow a fledgling business. I'm not an engineer so here's some pressure numbers taken from offical metal specifications and from tube specs published on/in McMaster-Carr. 6061 T6 tube, 1" x 1/8" wall has a safeworking pressure of 2,300psi. (McMaster-Carr) 6061 T6 aluminum has a specified min yield strength of 35,000psi and ultimate tensile strength of 42,000psi (T6 temper is not quite as strong as T651) 7075 T651 aluminum has a specified min yield strength of 73,000psi and ultimate tensile strength of 83,000psi. (I have the mill test certs. and the bar is stronger than minimum specs). This translates to 7075 T651 being 109% stronger before crossing min minimum yield and 98% stronger before crossing ultimate tensile strength. At a maximum, this translates to this plenum having an absolute theoretical working pressure of 4,554psi which I would never subject it too! What this does mean is that if for some reason the regulator were to fail and allow the full 4,350psi air tube pressure through, this plenum would be able to hold without rupturing. In regular use, at the max 3000psi regulator pressure, there's a 1,554psi factor of safety. ☆☆☆THIS IN NO WAY MEANS THAT YOU SHOULD ATTEMPT TO BYPASS THE REGULATOR FOR MORE POWER!!☆☆☆ As stated above, I'm not an engineer but I am confident in the numbers above. I will make every effort to provide your with a well made plenum that should work as stated. The numbers above are provided to make your own informed decision as to if this plenum will hold up to the required 3000psi working pressure. I provide no warranty and accept no liability for you using this product. You accept all risks and liability with installing and using this product and hold me harmless for any issues other than if the item does not fit correctly. If the plenum does not fit correctly, please take a picture of the plenum not fitting correctly and send it back within the required 30 days and I'll do one of the following - • Make adjustments if possible. • Send a replacement. • Issue a refund. If something isn't correct, it's more than likely the de-gas plug as its been noted by myself and Doux Silencers that the de-gas plugs differ in sizes. If the de-gas plug does not fit correctly it would be better if you could send the plug with the plenum to guarantee correct fitment. All plenums are test fitted and pressurized on my own avenger before being offered for sale. The plenum screws into where the de-gas plug fits into the bottom of the action and the original de-gas plug screws into the bottom of the plenum so you can still de-gas as you regularly would. There is a small set screw that locks the de-gas plug in place. Be sure to back this off before attempting to remove or you'll gall up the de-gas plug. I have not added a set screw to the plenum because it isn't really needed. The air pressure in the plenum and the tight fitting o-ring will lock it in place. Add a little pure silicone grease to the oring before fitting.
