Description: On offer, we have a signed etching by Allen Lewis. This print has a caveman at rest, sitting on rocks. The artist's signature "A" is in the top left corner. On the bottom this is signed in pencil "Allen Lewis 2-50". This thick artist's paper has a watermark on the top left. It measures approximately 15" X 10" with the image 8 1/2" X 3". Allen Lewis (1873-1957) was a rated American artist who lived in Alabama and New Jersey. We believe this in excellent vintage condition. The printing is bright, bold, clean and clear with a deep imprint. This has been handled and has some light wrinkles. As I am not an expert on art, please see my photographs for more description.
