This exciting trading card set features images both new & old in a "Small Town" Tribute to one of America's "Famous" Small Towns: Clyde, OHIO. The concept of this series will have cards continually released in an ambitious on-going series featuring all different Small Towns across America. Many small towns have a great deal of National significant history attached to them, and the publisher of this series intends to feature many of them. The cards each feature an image directly associated with Clyde, Ohio. Many vintage images have national implications and feature some noteworthy Historical figures like General James McPherson (Civil War hero) and Rodger Young, a World War II hero. The backs of each card have extensive text about the person or event featured. This is SET ONE in the series, the cards are Numbered #1-#18. Future releases will continue the numbering.
