An antique iron ornate door spring latch, Eastlake design, complete, restored.

Description: A very nice antique spring latch in the Eastlake design. It is complete, fully functional and restored. Following cleaning, the surface was finished with a very light coat of bees wax and orange oil as it adds a nice dry, protective surface. If the buyer desires to remove this in order to paint, varnish, etc., simply place it in an oven to dissipate the wax. I have other hardware on at this time. Should a buyer purchase multiple offerings and does so at the same time, shipping will be combined, and any cost paid over actual cost of shipping will be refunded. Thank you for looking.
