This was a thank-you card response for the fan's interest. The envelope is 6 1/2 inches wide and 3 5/8 inches high; the inserted card is about 6 by 3 1/4. Based upon the postage of 1 1/2 cents and the ad on the back of the envelope for buying bonds for the war effort, we are guessing that this letter is from the 1930's or very early 40's.
