This Spring Balance Scale, with a capacity of 50 pounds, was handed down to me, so I have no idea of it's age or if the scale displays the "true" weight when used. It has dings and marks (and aged brass coloring) from many years of use and storage; however, I have not attempted to clean or make "any repairs". I will leave those changes up to the new owner!
