Intricate carvings of "double dragon" design decorate the front and back of the table (the table can be displayed from both sides) The side panels of the table are also carved with "double dragon" design and the carvings can be viewed from both sides. The wood plank used for the surface of this table is more than two inches thick. The table is crafted with wooden pegs and tenon structure; which is the very traditional craftsmanship for furniture making in ancient China.
