Description: Special purpose antique coverlet / quilt, for - I think - a single bed against a wall or possibly a daybed. Good quality heavyweight cotton jacquard with a honeycomb pattern. Beautiful crochet border 25 cm deep along one side only plus foot of bed. Corners are rounded & gathered. Central seam from top to bottom. Has a smallish area where threads have pulled + a narrow streak of faint yellow on section of seam + a further couple of faint marks - not that noticeable (last 3 photos).The crochet is in good order. Length 280 cm (110 in). Width 165 cm (65 in).Fabric measures 71 cm width each side of centre seam. Weight 1.9 kg. Combined shipping available for more than 1 item.
