Description: Antique Edwardian Waltham Gold Fill Manual Hunter's Pocket Watch In Working Order. Here we have a special men's pocket watch from the Edwardian era (ca. 1912) by the Waltham Watch Co. of Waltham Massachusetts. The watch case is crafted of yellow gold filled metal ornately inscribed with the original owners' initials in the center front, MH (or NH) in script. The initials are small and surrounded by flowing scrollwork and elegant engine-turned engravings. The watch case is marked, "WARRANTED B&B ROYAL 20 YEARS 6452483". The movement features a white dial, blue hour and minute hands, black Arabic numerals to mark the hours with red Arabic numerals above each hour for minute markers. The watch also features a separate seconds dial, perfect for any sportsman. The watch functions and holds time well when wound. We have not cleaned the watch at all. The movement is marked with the serial number: 18700487. To open the face of the watch, you must depress the crown to release the watch case latch. The back opens to expose an inner case, and then the movement beneath. Please view all photos.
