This church was constructed circa 1900 at the corner of Royal Palm Way and Twelfth Street. The photo is mounted to a stiff board backing, which has the photographer information printed on the back "Royal Palm Studio - Miami, Fla." SIZE: The photo area itself measures 9 1/2" by 7 3/8" in size, while the mount/backing measures approximately 10" by 8" CONDITION: The stiff board backing has clearly been cut down by a previous owner...likely to make it a more standard 8x10 size. Unfortunately, the trimming left the edges looking quite rough and tattered. The photograph itself has quite a bit of brown spotting and staining throughout (see images). The back of the heavyweight board mount also has similar spotting and staining, plus some paper loss. Despite the rough condition, still a very scarce view of this old Miami building.
