Description: This is an original large colored photo in it's original period frame. The frame measures approx. (12" x 18") and has slightly bowed glass. The cowboy wears scarf, belt, holster, revolver, knife, wrist cuffs, boots and spurs. Also has a lariat. The photo is excellent with one small blemish to the right of the cowboy's face in the sky area. Probably could be lightly toughed up. There are no other marks or blemishes on the entire photo. The glass is excellent. The frame is very nice with only a touch of wear on the very top edge that does not show when viewing head-on. The back has been covered with brown paper. This is loose and should be replaced with lightweight board or heavy cardboard. Fresh from a local estate sale. The family has written "1907 - Mr. Eugene Romero - Trinidad, Colorado. Really a nice early item.
