Description: I returned home from a 13 day sourcing trip in France with many amazing piece of art. As you can see, it has a ton of browning to it, and a few places with foxing on the etching (like pin pricks), but most of it can rid of by doing a new Matte. I love the sailboat in the small bay, the trees, the little fence. Very quaint and lovely. I found this Amazing (probably19th Century) Etching, Signed (I think) Meinkes 8/25...one of those hard to read signatures. MEASUREMENTS: The actual etching 3 1/4" x 7 1/2" measures CONDITION: Overall in good condition. As shown in photos, there are signs of wear being it is an Antique. Light crackling throughout, and it could stand a cleaning (professionally if you really wanted to make it come to life fully). OFFERS: I have left Offers open, please send serious Offers.
