Description: This carved panel is from France and dates to the late 1800’s. This was once a panel on a French cabinet. It is made from solid walnut and finished to a warm medium color. The carvings on it are very intricate and very well done. Overall it is in excellent condition with only minor nicks and scratches. Note that there are a couple of woodworm holes in the panel, some stains and it has a slight bow in it when laying flat (see photos). Dimensions: 28.5" tall, 10.5" wide and 1" deep.
