Description: This antique large German bisque head doll is a great addition to any collection. With blonde, curly hair and brown eyes, this 28 inch girl doll has a light complexion and is an original from the 1900-1919 time period. The doll is made from composition and bisque materials, with a Compo body. Queen Louise, designed by Armand Marseille. She has a pair of pantaloons, trimmed in lace and a cinched waist cotton chemise slip that are time appropriate. She is also wearing a long dress with green velvet bows. She is not asleep eyed, the eyes remain stationary, she has an open mouth with four little teeth. She has chipping of the composition and a possible repair on one thumb as you can see in the photos. Her composition does have some cracks and chips as is fairly normal for a doll. This age, I have tried to show all of the doll undressed in the photos. Her ears are NOT pierced. I do not typically process returns on the antique items, so please please view the photos and ask questions before you purchase. This doll can be seen in person in Twinsburg, Ohio, and I do combine shipping whenever. Possible on multiple items. Thank you kindly.
