Description: Antique H. Chapin (or Chaplin) 24" Folding Boxwood Ruler in good condition. This is a totally brass bound 4-fold ruler that measures 6" closed. I can clearly read 'No. 19' but the name is very hard to make out. The pins are all intact and it folds fairly tight. It has nice aged patina to it and weighs just 3 Oz.
