Has original patina. The sign approx. measures ~ 11" in width ~ 3" in height having authentic true age character. Weight 1 lb / 480 grams. It reads "Notice anyone placing any encumbrance on this balcony will be fined ten dollars." This one was bought in New York in 2008 at a flea market.
