Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA AR-SA SEE MORE ANTIQUE, VINTAGE, AND ESTATE JEWELRY ON MY CURRENT LIST! This beautiful necklace was made by Navajo silversmith Roy Vanderver (1936-2009) in the 1960s – early 70s. There is a “scratch” signature on the pendant which I could not capture in the photo. It took a jeweler’s loupe to find it. Even so, the composition of the pendant is certainly a signature for Mr. Vanderver (note the flowing "river" background behind the squash blossom turquoise, mother of pearl and coral. The squash blossoms and beads are bench made and unique, all completely handmade. The necklace is heavily tarnished, and I will leave it that way. The necklace measures 25” long; the pendant measures approx. 2.75” x 2”. Very nice and from 1960 or so—Mr. Vanderver made jewelry from the 1950s on into his last years. QUESTIONS?
