Description: Very unique item. I believe it is a set of bookmarks but I am not certain. There are 7 in total - each measures approximately 1" x 7" - They are lightly taped together at the back by recent scotch tape. This is part of a large estate lot of antique ephemera from an antiques dealer. Most of the paper items in this collection dated c. 1800's - late 1890's. I believe they would have been the one to put the tape on the back - I have not tried to remove as I don't want to damage - although they look like they could be separated rather easily.
