When lid is removed, the four sides of the box collapse to reveal eight slots for sewing materials, including fasteners, thread and pins. Measures 10 inches wide when open and 4-1/2 inches tall. Outer fabric and ribbon show quite a bit of wear, with ribbon shredding. Fabric flowers on top are intact.
