ANTIQUE/VINTAGE PAIR OF BOUDOIR LAMPS - LADY/DRESDEN LACE DRESS, MAN IN TAILS

Description: Hi Collectors. Here is a nice pair of porcelain figurine lamps that many couples had in their bedrooms where the woman's side of the bed would have the lovely lady and the man's side of the bed would have the handsome gent. They were "put together" by "Electra Lamps" of Los Angeles, probably about 1940? There's an "electra" sticker on the back of the "lady lamp". The brass bases and lamp stems are in nice vintage shape (not new). The cords are not good and need replacing. The lamp holders and push buttons look in good order & they have top finials. The lady... isn't she sweet? She's got a lovely face, painted beautifully and her hair is sweet. She is dressed in Dresden-style lace, which might clean up to a brighter white (I didn't try), but otherwise it's an off-white with pink lace accents and very shiny gold trim. Her skirt has some lace damage on the right side and back, see photos. Her hands have all their fingers and she's dotted with little flowers too. The man... He's a well put together sort, don't you think? He has gloves and is holding his elegant top hat. He too has a lacy shirt and gold accents. One rose has a broken petal behind him, on the left side.
