If tracking is a must, please select the First Class package option at checkout. Snail mail: The USPS stamp system is a modern day wonder. But it is also can be very slow and unforgiving, so items shipped this way can take upwards of two weeks to reach their destination. If it has been longer than two weeks, please let us know via eBay messages and we will work with you to find a solution... sometimes it's an apology and a refund. But it's a sincere apology. And a full refund! Note on video game artwork: In order to ship artwork in a cost effective manner, all items will be folded down the back spine and shipped in an envelope. Most buyers are okay with this BUT we do understand some collectors will want only mint or pristine pieces in their collection. Discs by stamp: We usually ship our discs in an envelope with a stamp to offer you the lowest shipping charge possible. We put a clamshell case on each disc, but even with this protection, some discs do still occasionally crack during shipment. If you find this is the case, please send us a picture through eBay messages and we will refund you immediately in full for the item.
