There is what appears to be little parts of a green rubber band stuck to the box (see pictures). The parts ARE PUNCHED. I placed the cardboard parts in the original punch card to show that this is a complete game. I checked BGG for a parts list, and it appears all of the cards are present, including a few blank cards (possibly not all of the blank cards - not sure). All parts, instructions, and board are in VG+ shape. See pictures. I have included pictures of box flaws.
