Description: A sautoir is a French word for a long necklace from which hangs a tassel or other ornament. These were popular, extremely long and often featured a tassel or a pendant in the 20's. Long strands of beads were worn any which way around the neck, down the front or back depending on the style of the dress. The original piece I am offering comes down to my belt line, I am 5'2". It's a lovely blue beaded necklace with a very sharp looking medallion with 3 dangles. Wearing one of these is sure to catch attention and add a huge amount of bling to any outfit, being a white shirt and jeans or your little black dress.
