This note is heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining with darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration; writing in ink and pencil); edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas); surface wear and fraying; one tiny hole that I could see.
