It is weather-proof so it can be used either indoors or outdoors and needs to be applied with tape, tacks or Sticky Tack. This set is not self-stick like decals. This is an officially licensed Barbie product and comes from me smoke-free, pet-free home. Shipping by first class is $4.50 which includes delivery confirmation.
