Description: Bauer Vapor Hyperlite Senior Ice Hockey Skates Size 12 Fit 2. The all-new Vapor Hyperlite 2 skate line is built for ultimate quickness and agility. Vapor skates feature stiffer and more supportive material in the upper portion of the skate, and increased flex and responsiveness in the lower part of the boot. A couple of big upgrades Bauer put into the skates include the PowerFly Holder, Aerolite 2.0 Tongue, improved eyelets, and better materials in the outsole for a more comfortable and responsive skate. Skates are in like new condition with very minimal wear. These skates are missing the steel runners, which can be purchased from another retailer and easily installed by the end user. The Hyperflex Outsole is a uniquely constructed outsole that features a rigid composite material on the front and a poured flexible material in the back. Another upgrade to the Hyperlite skate is Aerolite, a unique foam material that reduces the weight of the skate while still maintaining comfort. This foam is found in the tongue, which is one of the most noticeable upgrades to this skate.
