Description: Ben Hogan Apex Il Iron Set Up for grabs is a set of Ben Hogan Apex II Irons. These were released in 1981 and are known as the white cameos, with the silhouette of Ben Hogan's head surrounded by white. This set includes the 2-iron down to the Equalizer/E-Club for a total of nine irons/clubs. Ben Hogan did not refer to the 10th club as the Pitching Wedge, but rather the Equalizer or E, which is why in all classic Hogan club sets what most players would refer to as the Pitching Wedge (PW) is the Equalizer (E) club. The shafts of all of the irons in this set are designated a 3 by Hogan, which means they are regular flex. This set of clubs is left-handed and they are used. The grips have been replaced with Lamkin Crosslines. One thing to note, the 5-iron has one minor defect, if you want to call it that: the shaft has a minor pinch in it (see picture). It does not affect play, but I wanted whoever buys these to be aware of that. *Note: only the golf club set is for sale in this listing.
