Description: This Bianch Sport SS 1985 road bike is a classic beauty that will surely turn heads as you ride around town. This bike was originally bought by a neighbor in Salt Lake City in 1985 at Brigham Cyclery, rode hard for a few years by a preteen, and then sheltered in a garage until I did a complete refurb on it in 2024. The bike has mostly original parts, the exceptions are a new chain, a freewheel cassette (rear cogs), seat, tires, brake and shift cables and housings, and brake pads. I serviced all the bearings in both wheels, the bottom bracket, and the headset. The shifters work flawlessly as do the brakes. The bike rides very well. The rear wheel has a slight bump, but I trued both wheels. The black paint has a fair amount of scratches given its age. The Bianchi Sport SS is a sought-after model that is hard to come by, so don't miss this opportunity to own a piece of cycling history.
