Description: Make your own large perogies with this template. The dough recipe is printed on the back of the plastic package and the illustrated instructions are on the paper top. Essentially, you mix the dough and roll it out, then drape the dough over this template. Next you fill each of the 18 half moon shaped openings with filling, place another sheet of dough over the top and roll with a rolling pin to create 18 pirogies. They are boiled in water briefly then fried. The template can also be used to make ravioli with your favorite rolled fresh pasta or wontons. The maker is made in Canada and also has French instructions. The finished item will be approximately 3 inches by 1 1/2 inch.
