The window is sewn into the convertible top for strength and durability. Finish trim piping is included around the outer frame of the window as shown in the above image. ABOUT THE FABRIC: Manufactured using first quality American made Haartz Stayfast cloth. The construction is a three-ply material made of an acrylic outer fabric with a square weave exterior (the original Twillfast on the E36 is a twill weave), a rubber inner layer for sound attenuation and to stop water penetration and a black cotton inner lining for a finished appearance.
