There is a leather smell and also a slight smoke smell. It is hard to tell when the bag is out of the package it just seems like a leather smell but there could be a slight smoke smell as well that is hard to pin point. When the bag is packed up it makes the smell stronger than when it is sitting out and open. Purchased from a wealthy estate with other designer handbags. It comes with the original registration card. Style #: k49 151 400. The bag has a slight bend when standing up from not properly being stored. No wear, no holes or stains. The inside is clean. The zippers all work well. The zippers still have the plastic protection on it. It comes with a detached adjustable strap. The height of the bag is about 12" tall and the width is about 13". The handle drop is about 4-5". The depth of the bottom of the bag is about 5". And the drop of the strap which does vary is about 10-20". This bag is really nice and a great pop of color. Very unique item.
