Items are sold as is in used condition even if they are new in packaging. Postal delays Due to the continued delays of the US Postal Service all items will not be refunded for delays until the Postal Service deems the package lost, if the package is still considered in transit,(no matter how long it takes) a refund will not be given until the package is deemed lost.
