Brumberger 75 Slot Metal Case Full of Glass Slides~1930 Surgical Diseases Rectum

Description: For auction is a vintage Brumberger steel slide case holder full of medical related glass slides, total of 75 slides. Each measures 3.25”x 4”. The box and slides weigh 11 pounds and 10 ounces together. I believe a majority of these are on the topic of Medical education; Diagnosis of surgical diseases of the large intestine and rectum dated 1930. Medical college of Virginia, hospital division. Some show a man with external disorders and X-rays. A few have hairline fractures but are still fully intact, the majority are solid with no major damage. Every slide is different to the best of my knowledge. Several different slides are pictured as examples. Overall very cool and interesting set straight from an old and strange estate. Please scrutinize photos well prior to bidding as I am not a professional in this field. I’m merely a novice at best explaining what I honestly see through an untrained eye.
