Description: c1795 NEW HALL Georgian Porcelain 1172 Chinese Family Set of 4 Tea Cups & Saucer MAKER: New Hall circa 1795. Unsigned except for each piece being marked "1172" in overglaze red to puce enamel. PATTERN: 1172 - Sometimes called Mandarin or Chinese Family MATERIAL: Hand Painted Porcelain PIECE NAME: Set of 4 Bute Shape Tea Cup & Saucer CUP DIMENSIONS: 2 1/4" by 3 3/8" across SAUCER WIDTH: 5 5/8" CONDITION: 2 of the saucers have inclusions (impurities in the clay) to their undersides. 1 saucer has some crazing to one side. Pieces have a tiny scratch or 2 but are otherwise in excellent condition free of chips, cracks, etc. Wonderful condition and beautiful vibrant colors!
