Some minor condition issues from age JACCARD'S in Kansas City was probably the distributor. Hard to Find For their age these are very nice. Beautiful blue color and gold accents. The edges of these plates show wear in gold trim and I feel little rough spots on side like maybe a very shallow nick. Based on the back stamp these plates were not made later than 1930. Due to the age of these, there is surfaced marks and slight discoloration from age. Made in France. Jaccard's in Kansas City was probably the distributor of these plate perhaps almost or over 100 years ago. See images posted and use close up feature.
