Campagnolo Nuovo Record 3/16 bearing pair NOS later packaging part #2101

Description: A great find - Campagnolo NOS 3/16 bearing set for Nuovo Record, Super Record, Victory, Triomphe, and other headsets. These are in later Campagnolo packaging and the ball count and retainers are identical to those in the earlier packaging except these retainers don't say Campagnolo on them (not sure what year Campy stopped labeling bearing retainers, but these are absolutely top quality Campy - the real deal!). The Campagnolo part number for Nuovo Record and Super Record road headset bearings is #2101. The last photo shows the bearing(s) you get on the left compared with a bearing(s) that came out of the old packaging. You can see they are functionally identical. So if you rebuild Campy bikes it's great to have these bearings available at a nice price. The pair is what you need for one headset. Note that there are other later packaging Campy retainers such as the resin ones that fit, but those often don't have the full bearing compliment. Also note that there other bearing sets in blue packaging which are for 1 1/8" later headsets. What you get here is for a 1" headset. This item is perfect for that old Cinelli, Masi, Hetchines, Reynolds 531 or Columbus SL bicycle that you have.
