These needles do have the bend near the join that the regular RED needles are known for. The tips are slightly blunter than the RED Lace needles. Don't worry though, they're still quite pointy! Note: The 9-inch needles do not have the bend in the needles near the join that the other regular RED line circulars 12 inch through 40 inch feature. The 9 inch circulars are manufactured in US sizes 0-8 only. The 12-inch circulars are manufactured in US sizes 0-8 only. US 2.5 (3mm) available in 9 and 12 inch circulars only.
