All figurines, props, trees, etc that are pictured on the box cover are included, plus there are 3 vehicles (which may or may not be part of the Christmas Streets Collection, but dispayed nicely with it, as well as extra trees. Buildings included are: - Seacoast Maritime Museum - Clippity Clop Cottage - Salty's Fresh Seafood - Breakwater Bed & Breakfast ** The Umbrella table & beach Chair have come loose from the upper deck, taking some paint off as pictured. They can be glued back on, but I will let the repair up to the buyer. They also sit in place just fine if you don't want to re-glue them
