Description: Hey everyone , so this is another unique coin that had me scratching my head, this is a 2021 crossing the Delaware state 25 cent quarter minted in Delaware it has a unique error as you can see it has some kind of garment string or either a hair in it, it looks like it was minted with this object inside of it and later on it cracked the hair or the garment has a tiny little loop also at some point I have placed the tip of the pen, upon the inspection I thought it might be just a hair on the coin but when I try to rub it off or have it removed it wouldn't move so when I looked closely into it I realized it was actually a Crack with something inside of it any questions please do ask happy bidding
