Description: This is a collectible / decorative plate made by the Franklin Mint. The specific design is "Dawn of the Dolphin" from their limited edition 1993 Delmary line, and this specifically plate #LA8525. The plate is bordered and signed with 24 karat gold Although this is an open-box item and is the plate only, to my knowledge it has never been used or even put on display before. It is in very good condition, with no damage or discoloration on the art side. Unfortunately, there are a couple of tiny chips on the bottom as you can see in the photos. Will ship with plenty of extra bubble wrap for safe transport.
