The record grading is Excellent (EX) very clean and plays well. The outer case is Very Good Plus (VG+). Very clean & smooth covers with just mild age wear. The top seam has some wear and ~3” split at the opening. The spine and bottom seam are EX. (all reflected in the photos) Shipping is USPS Media Mail with tracking.
