Give your Compact 1911 an awesome personalized custom look! These grips fit the standard Compact and Officer size 1911 models. These grips DO NOT FIT the Full Size, Government, or Commander size 1911 models. Each grip begins life as an injection molded high strength polymer blank made from a carefully engineered mold designed to fit the Compact 1911 exactly, for an OEM fit and finish. It is then custom printed using a unique, proprietary process for full color, full wrap coverage around the grip. Our unique process is kind of like a tattoo, the ink is infused into the polymer itself. This results in an incredibly durable design that will not wear off and is extremely difficult to scratch through (in fact you'd have to scratch through 2 mm of material to scratch all the way through the image). All of the Compact 1911 grips are compatible with ambidextrous safety and incorporate the RioGrip texture. RioGrip is a series of recessed ovals that provide a grip with more bite than smooth grips, but without the sharp edges, like checkering, that can snag on clothing.
