Cover looks great; a few creases near edges; light-scuffing and surface impressions (front/back); tiny surface abrasions on front; address label near top-right and slight discoloration with darker discoloration spots on back. Inner-sleeve is original (generic white); seams partially split. Spine is partly readable wear; spine is almost completely split. Shelf-wear and splits along top/bottom-edge with clear tape covering most of the splits. Wear to corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
