Since there is no lid for this beautiful piece, you could easily use this as a pencil/pen cup, make-up brush holder, small kitchen utensil holder - possibilities are endless! This is a very pretty Delft Holland Coffee Kaffee Kaffie Canister w/o a lid. I'm pretty certain that is originally had a lid and was used as a coffee grind canister...but there is no lid. Please see last photo of a similar product that uses a large cork for the lid - this is just an FYI photo of what you could do if you wanted to...NO CORK INCLUDED. Another idea I thought of is that this would make a cute 'pencil cup' 'make-up brush holder' - lots of things you could do with it.
