Description: This is a very pretty Murano style cased art glass vase. Look at the bottom of the vase and you will see clear glass yet behind the clear is the beautiful purple/blue glass with sparkling copper splashes. The interior is solid white glass. Photos of the vase taken with a white background shows the vase as black with amber glass drawstring around the neck and tied in a bow and you can see the edges of the white interior glass on the gathered top. With same lighting but a black background the glass that appears to be black shows up as purple and the copper is brighter.. There is a smooth pontil at bottom of the vase. Due to the layers of glass this 7.25" tall vase is quite heavy at nearly two pounds not including packing material. Depending on lighting this might show up as a black and copper or purple and copper vase .
