Description: Parker Sonnet in Laque Indigo pattern with 18K gold nib, from my personal collection. The Parker Sonnet was first introduced in 1994 in 18 patterns, including the Laque Indigo. This pen has the code date of IIII, which corresponds to the first quarter of 1994, making it one of the first Sonnet pens to be produced. The pen is in excellent used conditions and writes flawlessly. The medium nib, tines and feed are all in perfect condition. This pen was purchased used about 10 years ago and I had used it for a while until my workplace became fully paperless. It was properly cleaned after it was last used. There are many Sonnet fakes and clones out there, but I don’t see any sign that this one is fake and I have not seen a fake Sonnet in this pattern. The good fakes are usually for the more expensive Sonnet models. Additionally, this pen was purchased used in the US and not from China, where most fakes seem to originate. If you see any indication in the pictures that this pen is not a genuine Parker Sonnet, please let me know and I will update or remove the listing. I tried to take good pictures of the pen and its parts. Please do not hesitate to ask questions or ask for additional photos. Please note - I do not accept returns.
