None of our competitors will ever tell you where their rotors come from and we at EBC are as disappointed as the rest of the world that cost pressure means there is not ONE foundry left in the USA to supply such parts, other brake brands when asked about origin will just sidestep the question. When we do buy rotors in, they are specified, sampled, tested for element analysis, grain structure, tensile strength, hardness and optimum ductility and tested 100 piece by piece to be perfect for runout on this in house machine.EBC Brakes manufactures the largest range of brakes in the world manufacturing every size and shape of brake pad and rotor in its UK or USA plant locations. SHIPPING Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping. Most orders are shipped within same business day if received before 1pm EST (or within 1 business day after 1pm) and deliver within 2-5 business days. We may require signature confirmation in certain cases. RETURNS Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment. Returned items must be in original "as new" condition. Returned items must include all Original Packaging, Manuals, Hardware, Accessories, etc. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from us prior to returning any item for any reason. To ensure that you are properly credited, do not return any merchandise without prior authorization. Once an item has been installed, modified or used, it can no longer be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will send a prepaid return label if the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item being returned for credit originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping charges incurred to ship the item to the buyer will be withheld from the amount refunded. All returns will be inspected once they are received by the warehouse. Credit will not be issued for items received in any condition other than originally described; nor will credit be issued for items that have been returned without following the process outlined in this return policy. If your return is denied, the item may be returned back to you at your cost. In some cases, the item may still be accepted for return but may be subject to a restocking fee.
