Unit came out of service when we replaced old furnace boiler and old hot water heater tank-style with high efficiency combined on-demand heat and hot water supply unit. Our HVAC system has been professionally maintained in clean, smoke free, residential utility room. Unit came with 25 yr ltd warranty= all documentation of original purchase and installation including warranty doc will be sent with unit.
