It is a JBV-950 model with the following modifications. The pickups have been replaced from preamp to HUMPBACK and from capacitor to black HUMPBACK , so it is sagging. Each knob has also been changed as follows. Volume, balancer, treble, bass ↓ F volume, R volume, master tone, treble & bass F volume will become passive, in which case it will have an orthodox specification of 2 volumes and 1 tone. I think this is a 5-string bass with 5-string pegs that is popular these days and can be used immediately.
